Evie’s early arrival certainly sped up our plans for moving. Unfortunately the house purchasing plans fell through when we found a house and the owner went crazy (that’s a long story!) so we have temporarily moved to a bigger apartment. We so loved living in Pacific Beach but weren’t able to find the type of living situation that would suit us since we’re not big partiers and wanted a quieter environment for Evie. Tim found us a great place in the Carmel Mountain area. My mom reminded me the other day that Pacific Beach was the one place I had lived the longest in my whole life (6 ½ years). We are rather heartbroken at the thought of leaving our wonderful ward family, but are excited for this new adventure. That, and we keep telling ourselves that we will end up back in Pacific Beach sooner than later so it makes this a little easier!
