Petition

On the right side of my blog, you will see a March of Dimes petition for Prematurity Awareness. This petition is to encourage the government to increase the amount of research, data collection, and awareness related to premature births in America. It also recommends the government provide access to prenatal care for pregnant women, advises that health care providers strive to evaluate the need for inductions and emergency c-sections when other means may provide the delay of premature birth, and gives employers the opportunity to create workplaces that promote maternal and infant health.
